Requirements
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry requirements and demands
- Expertise with electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to determine problems
- Experience testing complex systems and writing test reports
- Ability to deliver urgent attention and responsive problem solving
- Ability to work effectively under pressure of schedule and technical constraints
- Knowledge of test procedures and equipment
- Experience with automated test equipment
Responsibilities
- Perform moderately complex tasks related to testing manufactured products.
- Develop test plans and conduct testing activities, including formal qualification, on complex systems and subsystems to meet program requirements.
- Use test procedures, investigate and analyze test failures, recommending corrective action as appropriate.
- Assist systems engineers with development of test specifications, methods and procedures.
- Prepare product verification documentation and technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to a wide variety of technical problems.
- Develops proposal inputs related to product testing or test equipment and present them to department and program personnel.
- Assist with required maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrading, or new development of automated test equipment in support of manufacturing operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field with minimum 4 years of related experience
