Raytheon's Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM) Test Engineering team needs to provide technical expertise for manufacturing and development programs involving electronic hardware for radar, missile, and combat systems. The role involves supporting test and troubleshooting of RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware, analyzing data to identify root causes of issues, and improving the production test process to increase first-pass yield.
Requirements
- RF, analog and digital test / troubleshooting skills
- Sound understanding of basic electrical engineering concepts (resistors, Op amps, capacitors, amplifiers, etc.)
- Software skills (Labview, MATLAB, C, Linux) a plus
- Sound understanding of statistical analysis techniques
Responsibilities
- Support test and troubleshooting of RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware for various effectors (missile) programs.
- Interpreting test requirements, developing and maintaining test procedures, and documenting test practices
- Analyzing data to drive issues to root cause
- Generating Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production test process
- Developing and executing improvement projects to increase first pass yield
- Engagement with Design and Test Development teams to solve issues impacting production
- Assisting manufacturing operators in the testing & troubleshooting of production hardware

- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

- Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
