Odyssey Systems is looking to solve the business problem of providing Validation and Verification (V&V) support services to the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA, to support the delivery of technical and policy support, and providing C3I infrastructure for USAF enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Validation and Verification (V&V)
- Test planning, preparation, and review (plans, procedures, TEMPs, analyses)
- Test event monitoring and execution
- Certification test activities (e.g., JITC)
- Collection and analysis of test data
- Review and analysis of MOEs, MOSs, performance reports, and trade-off studies
- Support for FCAs/PCAs
Responsibilities
- Provide V&V support services for effective management in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes, AFI 99-103, and applicable MAJCOM, Center, and Directorate guidance.
- Prepare test plans and procedures.
- Prepare TEMPs.
- Prepare and review test analyses.
- Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation.
- Monitor test events.
- Support certification test activities (e.g., JITC)
Other
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have and be able to maintain an Active Secret Clearance
- BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD
- Ability to support training required to execute test activities
- Ability to work effectively with government leadership and program stakeholders
