The company is looking to solve the problem of finding and hiring early career talent, including interns, co-ops, and new graduates, for its clients' Tech Ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, focused on early career talent (Positions include Software Engineer, AI Scientists, Data Science, CyberSecurity, etc)
- Strong knowledge of campus recruiting, sourcing, and candidate engagement
- Experience with ATS (preferably iCIMS) and data-driven recruiting
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end university recruiting: sourcing, assessment, offers, and onboarding
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for interns and new grads
- Use data to optimize recruiting processes and outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in iCIMS (ATS) and ensure compliance
- Represent our client at campus and virtual events to build brand and talent pipeline
- Collaborate across recruiting teams and share best practices
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on workforce planning
Other
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable representing our client externally and consulting internally
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 3 days/week onsite in Mountain View, CA, with up to 30% travel during peak season (Sept–Nov)
