Schwab is looking to create a simple to use modern wealth management rep platform that enables world-class efficiency and highly personalized experiences for their Sales, Service, and Advice representatives.
Requirements
More than 5 years of design experience on digital products and in a financial services environment with in-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, technology applications, business architecture, client and representative experience, and project management
Background in Enterprise Environments, Business and IT Strategy, Agile, Lean, Process Design, Program Management, Customer Relationship Management processes and technologies
Demonstrated ability to communicate design rationale that connects user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
Ability to track and manage multiple projects
Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations
Knowledge of Agile methods and processes
Responsibilities
translating strategic insights into actionable experience concepts by defining the structure, flow, and content of the solution
visualizing design ideas through interactive prototypes that communicate the intended user experience to help align teams, gather feedback and guide development
strategically connect the dots across complex use-cases that touch multiple personas and applications, creating a consistent, intuitive, and performant rep desktop
facilitate collaborative design sessions including sketching and ideation
Create design solutions with a multi-faceted team, considering how digital, physical, and service channels work together
Take a systematic approach to designing interfaces, ensuring consistency across experiences
Conduct the primary design activities, create deliverables, and conduct QA at an expert level
