Requirements

  • 5+ years of user experience (UX) experience in an enterprise or business-to-business environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working with agile software development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Executes user-centered design strategies for assigned products or workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet both business objectives and user needs.
  • Contributes to the development of design frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices in collaboration with Lead UX Designers.
  • Creates advanced UX design artifacts, such as wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, to communicate design concepts and solutions effectively.
  • Conducts and synthesizes user research and usability testing, providing actionable insights to inform product design.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Advocates for design-centered thinking and promotes the adoption of user-centered design practices within the team.
  • Stays updated with industry trends and emerging UX tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance design expertise.

  • Mentors junior designers, offering guidance and feedback to support their growth and improve overall team capabilities.
  • Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
  • Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
