VF Corporation is looking to solve the problem of creating seamless shopping experiences for their customers by hiring a Senior UX Designer with strong eCommerce experience to lead the design of elegant, intuitive, and conversion-savvy experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in design, with at least 4 years focused on eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent visual and interactive skills.
- Experience conducting user and market research.
- System-thinker with the ability to see impact holistically.
- The ability to critically analyze data and articulate hypotheses
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end eCommerce design projects (web and mobile).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma).
Responsibilities
- Help lead the design process for our eCommerce products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Shape journeys that not only drive conversion but feel effortless—meeting users where they are and helping them take the next step with ease.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Analyze user data (e.g., heatmaps, A/B tests) to iterate and improve user experiences.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
