CHG Healthcare is seeking a hybrid UX practitioner to drive both research and design throughout the product lifecycle, connecting doctors with patients who need their care, and improving the healthcare experience.
Requirements
- Portfolio must demonstrate both: research case studies showing methodology and synthesis AND complex enterprise designs with clear rationale
- Proven ability to independently design and execute multi-method studies, including participant recruitment and research operations
- Proficient designing complex workflows in Figma, working within technical constraints while maintaining quality
- Strong stakeholder communication—present research that influences decisions and defend design with evidence
- Ability to work in Agile environments balancing research rigor with delivery timeline
- Experience working with and contributing to a design system
Responsibilities
- Design and execute research studies using multiple methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics); recruit participants, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable product strategy
- Design enterprise-grade experiences in Figma for complex, multi-step workflows serving diverse user roles
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout discovery, design, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Validate designs through testing, iterate based on evidence, and contribute to design system evolution

- 6+ years related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors or related degree (Preferred)
- Ability to work in a remote-friendly environment, but must be local to Salt Lake City, UT or Raleigh-Durham, NC offices
- Must be willing to work in an at-will employment environment
