The YouTube Business Technology team is responsible for internal enterprise software solutions powering the YouTube Business Organization. The team designs and delivers enterprise solutions to create trustworthy, valuable, and reliable experiences that benefit YouTube's viewers, creators, and partners.

Requirements

• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
• Experience with service design or designing for enterprise systems.
• Experience defining and expanding design systems, components, and patterns.
• Experience designing with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
• Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
• Leverage and evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use.

Other

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
