New Era Technology is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to enhance user-centered decision-making in healthcare and life sciences by uncovering user needs, validating design hypotheses, and improving digital experiences across internal and customer-facing platforms within a global pharmaceutical organization.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience conducting UX research, preferably within large enterprise or regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma, financial services).
- Proven ability to independently plan and execute a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with UX designers, developers, and product managers.
- Familiarity with digital health, clinical workflows, or pharmaceutical industry contexts is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end research studies with minimal oversight, including discovery sessions, usability tests, in-depth interviews, field studies, diary studies, and surveys.
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure research is tightly integrated into design and development workflows.
- Develop research plans aligned with project goals and timelines, adhering strictly to internal guidelines and compliance standards.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and research artifacts in line with team protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Advocate for the voice of the user across all stages of product development.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to research operations initiatives and best practices.
