To advance the discipline of user research at Demandbase and partner with product, design, and engineering teams to uncover insights that shape strategy and execution
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of UX research experience in SaaS, enterprise, or B2B contexts
- Expertise across a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, and fluency in when/how to apply them
- Strong storytelling and influence skills, able to persuade diverse stakeholders and executive audiences
- Experience in shaping research culture—building processes, evangelizing insights, and scaling research impact
- Track record of working in fast-moving, data-rich environments with a pragmatic, test-and-learn mindset
Responsibilities
- Shape the Research Process: Partner with design leadership to define scalable, repeatable research practices across teams
- Run Critical Research: Lead generative and evaluative studies that inform product strategy and help prioritize opportunities
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering, ensuring research insights drive decisions
- Tell the Story: Synthesize and share research findings with clarity—helping the org see, celebrate, and act on insights
- Measure & Demonstrate Value: Track how research contributes to design quality, product adoption, and customer success
