Microsoft Compass Program needs to grow and operate effectively, specifically managing the AIX00 panel where enterprise customers test Copilot and generative AI to help define its future. The role will ensure feature teams and product groups are technically ready for customer previews, coordinate communications, and set up demo environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of program or product management experience, including direct experience with the release process.
- 4+ years of experience working directly with customers; including managing customer relationships & engagements.
- Confident, capable and persuasive presentation of ideas and executive presence (envision yourself presenting to execs at the customer and at Microsoft).
- Outstanding project management, able to work fast on multiple, challenging and ambiguous assignments.
- Familiarity with product-making research methods and processes.
- Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with software release management. This is to help us manage our AIX00 Copilot Preview and Compass broadly. Grasp of and attention to detail (and agile execution) is critical.
- Experience working with customers and managing complex relationships.
Responsibilities
- help us manage and engage a selection of our 100 Compass customers
- help ensure our feature teams are ready to participate in our flagship preview program
- work with many of our product groups within Experiences and Devices to ensure technical readiness to participate in our AIX00 panel for M365 Copilot
- coordinate customer communications around upcoming previews
- set up a demo tenant for our team
- Drive a mutually beneficial product development relationship with customers in the Compass program.
- ensure the customers meet program obligations for engaging in our research activities and navigating the complexity of when they disengage.
