Fleetio is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join their growing research practice and help drive meaningful insights across their product teams, specifically within Fleetio's SaaS product, to enhance product experiences and inform strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX research experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS context
- Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods, with a strong track record of delivering insights that shape product strategy
- Familiarity with research tools like Sprig, HeyMarvin, Lyssna (or others), and openness to exploring new methods
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end studies using methods like interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnography to generate actionable insights that drive product decisions
- Develop and maintain user personas, JTBD frameworks, and journey maps that serve as reference points across teams
- Refine standards, improve tools and workflows, contribute to a shared research repository, and deepen the organization's understanding of UX research
- Communicate findings in engaging ways and advocating for our users across the organization
- Support teammates (designers and PMs) in applying research techniques and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Adapt qualitative and quantitative methods to different contexts
- Facilitate discovery, validate concepts, and evaluate usability

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to inform roadmaps and ensure our solutions solve the right problems
- Strong communication skills, with ability to craft compelling stories, engage stakeholders, and facilitate workshops
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple research projects at once
