BNY Investments and Wealth is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as Senior Vice President, Head of AI Enablement & Coordination. This role will be pivotal in driving and coordinating AI initiatives across BNY Investments and Wealth.

Responsibilities
- Establish and govern a robust pipeline of AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with partners across Technology, BNY AI Hub, Operations, Risk, Product, Distribution, and Compliance to lead projects from ideation through execution.
- Develop partnerships with senior leaders from Investments to understand strategic objectives to guide and prioritize direction of initiatives.
- Develop and execute internal capability-building programs, including training sessions, workshops, and firm-wide hackathons, to enhance organizational fluency and engagement with AI.
- Define, measure, and communicate clear KPIs, regularly showcasing the measurable impact of AI initiatives through concise and impactful internal communications.
- Monitor external trends, maintain awareness of emerging generative AI tools, and proactively propose opportunities for strategic innovation.

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in financial services, management consulting, technology, or fintech.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing meaningful change and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver practical and impactful solutions.
- Skilled communicator capable of engaging diverse executive stakeholders and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- This position is ideally based in our Pittsburgh office, with potential flexibility to be based in our Boston or New York offices. Domestic and some international travel to EMEA and APAC regions may be required.
