Tennessee Processing Center LLC seeks a Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Operations to design, implement, integrate, and support complex software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment, solve critical systems issues, and ensure operations align with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Designing Web API using REST Protocol to cater API needs for data integration between various internal applications including CMDB, DBAR, and Application Teams.
- Conducting storage data collection scripting by .Net Framework, C, and XML languages for Block Storage Infrastructure.
- Conducting storage data collection scripting by .Net Framework, C, and XML languages for File Storage Infrastructure.
- Performing storage data collection scripting by .Net Framework, C, and XML languages for Object (Archive) Storage Infrastructure.
- Designing storage data collection scripting using UNIX Shell, .Net Framework languages for On-Prem Backup Infrastructure & Microsoft Azure.
- Designing Dashboards for ITSM Data Metrics & Automated delivery of monthly chargeback data reporting.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, integrate, and provide full support for complex software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment.
- Advise specialists on areas to focus installation and support efforts.
- Identify and solve highly complex and critical systems related issues.
- Participate in software strategic planning and consulting on platform selection, version implementation, software product recommendation, and usage of enhanced functionality.
- Track installations, modification, and support efforts to ensure goals are being met.
- Implement, integrate and provide support for middleware software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment, dealing with development projects that have a broad impact across the organization.
- Provide consulting expertise in identifying and solving highly critical middleware issues.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation.
- Communicate with internal and external system users to address concerns and make sure that technical issues are dealt with appropriately.
- Coordinate ticket queues and handle highly complex escalated issues.
- Analyze repeat incident patterns to identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity enhancements.
- Coordinate relationships with vendors and works with them to ensure efficient incident resolution and contribute to the achievement of area objectives.
