BNY is looking to fill the role of Senior Vice President, Product Manager to join their Treasury Services team in the Enterprise Contact Center on behalf of the Treasury Services Platform. This role will lead product management, development, and strategy for complex products within the Enterprise Contact Center, managing the capability roadmap and service delivery to support various Treasury Services products.

- Performs technical training, demonstration and develops user guides for clients while also preparing sales materials and training BNY Mellon professionals.
Responsibilities
- Leads product management, development and strategy for large and/or complex products in the Enterprise Contact Center on behalf of the Treasury Services Platform.
- Manages the capability roadmap and service delivery of our white-labeled contact center to support Treasury Services products ranging from investment cash management accounts, retained assets, demand notes and benefit disbursements for client pension plans.
- Develops ideas for new products.
- Ensures that risk, regulations, and market conditions are accounted for throughout the life-cycle of developed products.
- Analyses complex client requirements and develops solutions that may include more than one product.
- Independently manages the development, enhancement, and profitability of assigned products and performs both operational and marketing analysis to ensure profitability and penetration goals are met.
- Creates product management roadmaps and establishes evaluation criteria and success metrics.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in providing product ownership or product management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
- This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
