Huntington Bank is looking to solve the problem of modernizing and managing its enterprise virtualization solutions across cloud and on-premises platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization of virtualized environments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise virtualization solutions, with at least 2 years in cloud-based desktop and application delivery
- 5+ years of experience with Azure solutions such as Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon (on-prem & Horizon Cloud), Citrix DaaS, and Amazon Workspaces
- Experience with cloud-native monitoring and management solutions
- Strong knowledge of secure browser isolation technologies (e.g., Citrix Secure Browser, Palo Alto RBI, Island Enterprise browser, Zscaler Browser Isolation)
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Hands-on expertise with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, vCenter, etc.)
- Experience with automation and orchestration using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and modernize enterprise virtualization solutions across cloud and on-premises platforms
- Lead the modernization of secure browser isolation and other zero-trust aligned virtualization strategies
- Manage hybrid environments such as VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix DaaS, and Amazon Workspaces
- Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization of virtualized environments
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to integrate identity-based security and compliance frameworks
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of desktop/application virtualization
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to virtualization, networking, and application delivery
