Rippling needs to build new and cutting-edge features on their corporate website, www.rippling.com, and optimize their online presence by solving development challenges and upleveling functionality.
Requirements
- Experience with Contentful and headless CMS platforms required
- Fluency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React) and frameworks, especially Next.js
- Knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js or Python
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with design tools, such as Figma
- 4+ years of experience building dynamic, responsive websites
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize features and functionality for www.rippling.com
- Introduce and improve web development standards, tooling, and processes to keep our website at the cutting edge of industry standards
- Support the creation and deployment of new marketing campaigns across the website by leveraging our design system and improving the self-service capabilities of our CMS
- Assist in setting up A/B testing and personalization to improve website conversion rate and engagement
- Manage code deployments, updates, and releases and proactively seek out ways to uplevel the reliability, functionality, and flexibility of the website
- Align with a team comprising marketers, designers, and developers to continuously deliver improvements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to marketers, designers, and other stakeholders
