Ann Taylor and LOFT are looking for a front-end developer to join their Web Production team to support AnnTaylor.com and LOFT.com. This role will bridge daily site execution with marketing, UX, and product initiatives, helping deliver polished, high-performing customer experiences across digital channels.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on front-end development experience in an eCommerce or content-rich environment.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with JavaScript templating and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar CMS/eCommerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and templating languages (e.g. Handlebars.js).
- Translate marketing campaigns, UX designs, and product requirements into clean, scalable front-end code.
- Collaborate with the Web Production and UX teams to review feasibility of creative concepts and ensure design fidelity across breakpoints.
- Support daily web production tasks, including updating HTML templates for homepages, promotional banners, content blocks, and seasonal campaigns across AnnTaylor.com and LOFT.com
- Partner with marketing and analytics teams to implement and troubleshoot tracking through Adobe Launch.
- Work within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to support site content updates and component development.
- Optimize and QA front-end code for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
