Embark Behavioral Health is looking to hire a Senior Web Developer to build and optimize web experiences that help parents in crisis find life-changing care for their teens and young adults.
Requirements
- Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS/SASS, PHP, JavaScript) and CMS customization.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and API integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance websites, microsites, and landing pages using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Elementor.
- Translate designs and UX prototypes into responsive, accessible web experiences.
- Build and maintain a Design System for reusable components and templates.
- Optimize site performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals while implementing technical SEO best practices.
- Manage integrations with analytics, tag managers, CRMs, and marketing tools.
- Conduct QA testing, troubleshoot issues, and support A/B testing for conversion optimization.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy standards, and secure coding practices.

- 3+ years of professional web development experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
