CTEC is seeking to expand its capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community. The Senior Web Site and Web Course Developer will develop and maintain web applications, learning management systems, and custom software solutions supporting Social Security Administration training programs.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in federal-approved programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with federal development standards, Section 508 compliance, and government security requirements
- Knowledge of federal system integration, API development, and government hosting environments
- Security clearance eligibility and experience with controlled unclassified information systems development
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains web applications, learning management systems, and custom software solutions supporting Social Security Administration training programs.
- Creates scalable, secure applications that integrate with federal systems while ensuring compliance with government security standards and accessibility requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of federal software development experience
- Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
