Kajabi is seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to bridge the gap between web development and engineering, driving high-impact web experiences that directly fuel user acquisition, activation, and retention goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack web development experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing advanced, growth-oriented Webflow projects.
- Recognized SME in Webflow and full stack development.
- Advanced proficiency in Webflow and custom front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Deep understanding of APIs, React, web performance, SEO, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and optimize critical web experiences in Webflow, focusing on large-scale functionalities and strategic optimizations.
- Design, launch, and iterate on high-velocity CRO experiments that significantly impact key business metrics.
- Act as the crucial link between web and engineering, providing technical leadership, QA, and mentorship to junior developers.
- Integrate Engineering's AI tooling and APIs to enhance website functionality, automate workflows, and create dynamic content.
- Implement a robust web architecture, optimize for performance and SEO, and maintain clean, scalable Webflow structures.
- Independently scope, execute, and analyze end-to-end web projects, turning data into actionable insights.
