- English at B2 level or higher, including the ability to participate in meetings with international clients.
- A self-directed working style: you keep your promises, you communicate early when plans change and you see yourself as responsible for outcomes, not only for lines of code.
- Ability to work in a remote-first setup, with a core window in the afternoon and evening to keep overlap with US clients.
- Ability to participate in client-facing conversations as a technical partner — explaining trade-offs, guiding decisions, and contributing to shared outcomes.
- Ability to work in a high-trust environment where initiative is noticed and appreciated, and where you are invited to shape how we work, not only to follow existing routines.
