Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Test Engineer / Principal Engineer to support the Sentinel program, which requires synthesizing test requirements, developing test plans, and executing qualification and acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Experience with creating test documentation such as test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Experience with integration and test principles and processes
- Experience with systems engineering principles and processes
- Experience with test execution and requirements validation / verification
- Experience in using a requirements management tool, such as DOORS
- Experience with CAMEO
- Experience with JIRA
Responsibilities
- Synthesize test requirements into verification requirements, test objectives, success criteria, and required resources for system level tests and demonstrations.
- Support the development of test requirements and detailed integration test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews (TRRs), test data and test reports.
- Execution of qualification and acceptance testing per those requirements, plans and procedures.
- Participate in internal and customer test planning working groups.
- Support program reviews and customer delivery (CDRL) development
- Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
- Compile data and define changes required in test equipment, test procedures, or new test requirements.

- US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
- Engineer Systems Test: 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; or 0 years with a Master’s degree; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
