Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal/Sr Principal Software Engineer to provide SW development for the Integration and Test organization for the Sentinel program.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile and working in a cross-function Scrum team.
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence
- Working knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design Principles
- Experience programming in object oriented (C++, Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) languages (SysML/UML) and concepts
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiar with Software Development Plans
Responsibilities
- Design and define system architecture for new or existing Software Products
- Develop Software in an agile development environment
- Design automated test procedures for test execution teams
- Work with the lead test engineer and a team of software developers to establish and develop automated tools
- Develop Software Test Plans and Procedures for team software products
Other
- US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years.
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
- Experience demonstrating excellent technical leadership, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills, effectively engaging with various stakeholders
