Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 2 to support the Test Strategy Pivot efforts within the System Test Team for the Sentinel program
Requirements
- 4 years experience working in Integration and Test Environments
- 1 year of experience with test engineering principles and processes, specifically Integrated Test Planning and Detailed Test Planning
- 1 year of experience with Cost Account Manager (CAM) or managing EV for an engineering team
- Understanding of system integration and test principles and processes
- Prior experience test planning for a missile program
- Knowledge of Northrop Grumman test processes and tools
- CAM Certification
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of specific working groups within the Test Strategy Pivot
- Support the replanning efforts focusing primarily on test execution within the System Test IPT but across all Segment/IPT Sentinel Test teams
- Create new processes and tools
- Demonstrate sound metrics management
- Effectively communicate to the Test Strategy Pivot program leadership
- Support a diverse Test Engineering team responsible for the program realignment
- Act with speed to overcome obstacles and resolve issues
Other
- 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; 6 years with a Masters
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application
- 2 years experience leading a team
- US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
