Udemy is looking to enhance its SEO strategies by analyzing organic search performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience with SEO platforms and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge, OnCrawl, Clarisights, Kai, Tableau, Excel, Crux, SQL, and Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of technical SEO auditing principles and ability to monitor and report out on critical SEO metrics such as core web vitals and other site performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Extract insights from large datasets and company data pools to identify trends and areas for improvement in organic traffic and performance.
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards using tools such as Clarisights, SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, BrightEdge, Crux, OnCrawl, Kai, and Tableau.
  • Create and maintain technical crawls using OnCrawl, Google Search Console (GSC) , Crux, and other SEO tools

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth SEO data analysis: Extract insights from large datasets and company data pools to identify trends and areas for improvement in organic traffic and performance.
  • Develop and automate comprehensive reporting: Compile metrics from multiple sources for monthly and quarterly reporting covering revenue, conversions, core web vitals, LLM referrals, and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive data-backed recommendations and presentations: Translate complex data analysis into actionable insights and compelling presentations for internal teams and executive leadership, ensuring understanding and buy-in across the board.
  • Manage SEO tools and monitor performance: Create and maintain technical crawls using OnCrawl, Google Search Console (GSC) , Crux, and other SEO tools, generate reports to ensure technical SEO requirements across surfaces are being met, as well as own the administration, onboarding, and upkeep of BrightEdge, Kai, and other SEO tools.
  • Support strategic SEO projects: Manage and execute ad-hoc reports and analysis projects, execute complex keyword research and traffic analysis, and support efforts to drive forward new content initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate data analysis.

  • This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in either our Denver, CO or Austin, TX office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
