Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, GA4, cookie compliance platforms, and WP Engine.
- Experience with WordPress and basic front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proven success in optimizing for both Google and AI-native search environments.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement).
- Experience with Google Analytics and data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of UX design principles and user behavior analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy, incorporating technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-specific optimization techniques.
- Conduct regular audits and implement improvements to enhance organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize the company's WordPress website hosted on WP Engine, utilizing basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to implement updates and troubleshoot issues.
- Administer Google Tag Manager, set up custom tags, and track events to gather actionable insights.
- Design and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, retargeting, and ABM strategies via Demandbase, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Develop detailed analytics reports on key performance indicators, emphasizing revenue contribution and lead quality.
- Utilize user behavior analysis tools such as Hotjar to identify UX improvements and enhance user experience.

- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO and technical marketing.
