Fathom Mfg is looking to solve the problem of digital lead generation and staying ahead in the competitive digital landscape through effective SEO, PPC, account-based marketing (ABM), analytics, and site performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, GA4, cookie compliance platforms, and WP Engine.
  • Experience with WordPress and basic front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Proven success in optimizing for both Google and AI-native search environments.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement).
  • Experience with Google Analytics and data analysis tools.
  • Basic understanding of UX design principles and user behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy, incorporating technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-specific optimization techniques.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement improvements to enhance organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize the company's WordPress website hosted on WP Engine, utilizing basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to implement updates and troubleshoot issues.
  • Administer Google Tag Manager, set up custom tags, and track events to gather actionable insights.
  • Design and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, retargeting, and ABM strategies via Demandbase, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop detailed analytics reports on key performance indicators, emphasizing revenue contribution and lead quality.
  • Utilize user behavior analysis tools such as Hotjar to identify UX improvements and enhance user experience.

  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO and technical marketing.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and data-driven approach.
  • Background in B2B or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
