Collins Aerospace is looking for an intern to support the development of next generation optical test methodology for their transparent displays and enhanced vision systems.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other relevant engineering degree program
- Experience with lab testing
- Experience with 3D printing
- Experience with MATLAB
Responsibilities
- Test station design and software development to angularly calibrate cameras and photometers
- Assemble and test an optical testbench
- Work on a collaborative team with a partner intern, mentors and other engineers
- Prepare and present project efforts to a larger audience of engineers
- Present at an internal Collins Aerospace Technology Fair
Other
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
