Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python, R, Tableau).
  • Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence methodologies.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic industry best practices and emerging trends in medical devices.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data management, or related roles.
  • Certification in data analytics or business intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to support technical service operations and business objectives.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of service data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to inform service strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into wider business processes.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Accustomed to applying excellent communication while presenting initiatives to higher leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science).
  • Experience in technical service or customer facing service environments.
