Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models or data-driven software tools
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- A demonstrated interest and aptitude for business case development and financial modeling (NPV, ROI), with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation from large datasets
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced analytical dashboards.
- Define and track KPIs that measure operational effectiveness, providing real-time visibility for data-backed decision-making across the team
- Lead the end-to-end development and integration of AI/ML models to solve critical business challenges.
- Identify opportunities, quantify potential benefits in dollar terms, and collaborate with technical teams to deploy solutions in areas like predictive maintenance and automated analytics
- Develop compelling business cases for new technologies, service tools, and operational strategies.
- Use financial models like Net Present Value (NPV) to quantify their impact and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives like make-versus-buy decisions
- Partner with diverse engineering disciplines to provide deep, analytical insights that influence product design.
