Vee is an early-stage startup specializing in developing ways to drive greater strategic alignment to unlock enterprise innovation and growth. They are looking for a Service Designer Intern to apply service design to advance their organizational development products and tools.
Requirements
- Masters program in Service Design (will consider User Experience Design and Visual Design backgrounds
- Strong process and systems thinking
- Exceptional communications toolkit enhanced by storytelling to inspire our teams as you frame with user-centered rationale
- Strong collaboration skills - you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
Responsibilities
- Creating service blueprints, ecosystem maps and journey maps and design briefs based on user needs
- Assisting in setting and managing design deliverables
- Help research and identify uses cases for Artificial Intelligence that integrate in our people empowerment tools
- Facilitate ideation sessions and curate insights
