Pilot Company is seeking a Service Desk Intern to perform reliability checks on key system components at their store locations to improve the uptime and overall operational excellence of their network.
Requirements
- Familiarity with command line interfaces and Linux is essential.
- The ability to navigate system health reports and an understanding of the concept of virtualization are also required.
Responsibilities
- Perform Reliability Checks: Conduct reliability checks on key system components at store locations, including proper battery backup cabling to the server, server connectivity, and server uptime.
- Monitor System Health: Quality check system health by monitoring drive utilization.
- Enhance Operational Excellence: Your contributions will directly improve the reliability of our store-level systems, driving operational excellence for the company.

- A student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- A high level of attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also performing duties independently.
