This includes areas like Digital Experience, Software Product Engineering, Enterprise Application Modernization, Application Development & Maintenance Services, and Quality Assurance Services. The role also involves developing strategies to penetrate accounts and cross-sell emerging services.
Requirements
- Experience in Consulting engagements with Banking Financial Services customers
- Prior experience of pre-sales, technology/solution selling, managing practice and clients is a must
- Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with “Consultative selling” is essential.
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, potential opportunities in Software & Platform Engineering business area
- Experience in Gen AI and other AI driven solutions, Automation frameworks is desirable
- Strong background in Development & Testing methodologies
- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (internal & external)
Responsibilities
- Business Development & solution Consulting in the areas of Software & Platform Engineering
- Scope of responsibilities include identifying opportunities and selling solutions in the areas of Experience Design, Application Development & Support, Digital/Product Engineering, Cloud migration/adoption, QE&A etc.
- Will own a portfolio of accounts and carry Revenue and TCV targets by account and for overall portfolio
- Actively contribute in Building Roadmap for Offerings, Ecosystem of Partnerships, work with Delivery teams to generate new business
- Experience working with Banking customers in delivering digital solutions
- Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with “Consultative selling” is essential.
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, potential opportunities in Software & Platform Engineering business area

- The SLS will collaborate with the Client Partners in achieving “trusted advisor” status and have a mix of strategic and tactical management experience.
- Should be willing to travel on business purposes
- 15+ years of experience with at least 8-10 years in a similar role in the industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future.
