The company is seeking to enhance its Service Now HRSD platform and improve HR service delivery and user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Service Now HRSD.
- Completion of ServiceNow Citizen Developer Core Skills Micro-Cerficiation Suite or equivalent low-code development certification required.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices for HR service delivery.
- Hands on experience working with low-code/no code development tools in Service Now.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including how it integrates with other enterprise systems including PeopleSoft HCM, SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of roles and permissions model within Service Now with clear differentiation between developer users and general/business users.
- CIS-HR Certification strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure custom applications, forms, portals and dashboards within the Service Now HRSD platform.
- Automate HR processes using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor and Business Rules to streamline service delivery.
- Oversee development and maintenance of HR Service Catalog and Knowledge Base.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing and system integration testing for new configuration and updates with key stakeholders.
- Maintain a backlog of enhancement requests and partner with HR Leaders to prioritize them based on business impact and strategic goals.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR service metrics.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for a security clearance.
