Assisting with the design, development, and integration of Service Now solutions to support business process automation and enhance system functionality
Requirements
- Knowledge of appropriate data sources for monitoring, characterization, analysis, and modeling
- Must have Service Now Developer experience
- Experience implementing Electronic Health records preferred
- Experience supporting business analysis and technical development lifecycles
Responsibilities
- Support Service Now business process automation efforts by conducting configuration and management of VA Service Now instance
- Execute development activities in alignment with project plans
- Provide business analysis support to Knowledge Management efforts
- Support full lifecycle development processes including requirements gathering, testing, training, documentation, and progress tracking
- Assist with team management, including assigning tasks and supporting the Service Now team as needed
- Monitor and respond to RavenTek email a minimum of 3 times per week
Other
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Ability to work under supervision and in collaborative team environments
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential
