Central Ag Supply is looking to solve the problem of providing comprehensive installation, routine service, emergency service, and analytical system analysis for all dairy equipment, refrigeration, and robotics sold and serviced by the company. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining company image, and staying updated on industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Gain of knowledge in robotics, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and welding techniques needed to install and service all of the equipment sold and serviced by Central Ag Supply.
- Gain of knowledge as soon as possible for the mechanical and system functions for all of the equipment sold and serviced by Central Ag Supply.
- Gain of knowledge as soon as possible for all government, industry, and Central Ag Supply guidelines, codes and regulations for the proper installation, service and analysis of all equipment sold and serviced by Central Ag Supply.
- reading company manuals, reading industry documents, listening and asking questions from fellow technicians and industry professionals.
- Attend company sponsored training courses at corporate training centers.
- reading and correctly putting away all service bulletins and new manual documentation as soon as possible
- maintaining the inventory levels required on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, routine service, emergency service, scheduled service and analytical system analysis for all equipment sold and serviced by Central Ag Supply.
- Gain of knowledge as soon as possible for the mechanical and system functions for all of the equipment sold and serviced by Central Ag Supply.
- Gain of knowledge as soon as possible for all government, industry, and Central Ag Supply guidelines, codes and regulations for the proper installation, service and analysis of all equipment sold and serviced by Central Ag Supply.
- Gain of knowledge in robotics, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and welding techniques needed to install and service all of the equipment sold and serviced by Central Ag Supply.
- Keep complete documentation of all customer service, installation records and system analysis performed for customers and properly filed.
- Keep the vehicle assigned under your responsibilities: communicating all maintenance requirements of vehicle, constantly keeping the inside and outside of vehicle clean, keeping a constant account of the well-being of all tools assigned to vehicle, keeping all inventory put away in proper location, reading and correctly putting away all service bulletins and new manual documentation as soon as possible, maintaining the inventory levels required on a daily basis.
- Completely and accurately fill out all required paperwork of a service technician: work orders are to be completely filled out at the farm and signed, timesheets are to be filled out throughout the day, proper documentation of new customer service request or continued service required, normal inventory control, etc. (not limited to listed)
Other
- Be available to be in the 24-hour emergency service "ON CALL" rotation with the other service technicians and will respond to emergency calls immediately.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain constant customer communications in regards to all services provided, keeping customers aware of industry standards and regulations in regards to maintaining and improving their system, analysis, scheduling, discrepancies, and customer account status.
- Display a high degree of professionalism, craftsmanship, work ethic, excellent attendance, teamwork attitude, and high level of efficiency of making good use of your time while at work.
- Enforce Central Ag Supply's open account credit policy: providing customers with proper open account application and policies, following the credit policy procedures when working with a potential new customer and collecting money from past due accounts when servicing any existing customers.
