Maximus Aidvantage is seeking an architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage, ensuring alignment with ITSM and ITIL processes and driving technical solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven architecture, functional and technical knowledge, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow
- Able to demonstrate experience using the App Engine Management Center
- Proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting is crucial.
- Experience with key integration technologies is essential.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. Specifically, ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) is critical.
- ServiceNow Implementation certification and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow performance, availability monitoring, and analysis as well as configuration management
Responsibilities
- lead the implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage
- ServiceNow platform customization, implementation, configuring workflows, process automations, system notifications and maintenance and configuration
- custom applications developed with the ServiceNow App Engine architecture
- Oversee and interface with the developers to design, develop, test and implement critical functionality and POCs.
- Architect and design application solutions.
- Provide hands-on development support.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, reports, integrations, and custom app development using App Engine.

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
