Intuit is looking to implement ServiceNow and needs an experienced people analyst to lead the Data & Analytics workstream. The goal is to ensure data accuracy, governance, and presentation within the platform to support AI Driven Employee Experiences and achieve customer adoption and operational excellence goals.
Requirements
- Lead the Data & Analytics workstream within the implementation of ServiceNow, thinking end to end how data is created, governed and presented within the platform.
- Implementation of 3+ advanced analytics or AI use cases leveraging ServiceNow case data.
- Establishment of data governance framework for ServiceNow analytics.
- Develop deep understanding of ServiceNow case data, reporting structures, and integrations with data lake tables and marts.
- Design dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow to support business leaders and operational teams.
- Partner with ServiceNow product owners and engineering to ensure data quality, cleanliness, and AI-readiness.
- Define and implement data governance standards across ServiceNow data domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional ServiceNow data workstreams focused on case analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
- Identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases within ServiceNow to elevate insights and predictive capabilities.
- Develop deep understanding of ServiceNow case data, reporting structures, and integrations with data lake tables and marts.
- Drive analysis from cases to identify trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities.
- Design dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow to support business leaders and operational teams.
- Partner with ServiceNow product owners and engineering to ensure data quality, cleanliness, and AI-readiness.
- Define and implement data governance standards across ServiceNow data domains.
Other
- Acts as consultants to Intuit leadership and HR COEs to bring insight and stronger actions to how we drive people strategies across Intuit.
- Partner with cross-functional teams both from HR and the business to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate across PART and other stakeholder groups to share knowledge and build scalable solutions.
- Success Metrics: Delivery and adoption of ServiceNow case dashboards by leadership and stakeholders.
- Success Metrics: Positive feedback from stakeholders on insights and reporting quality.
