Requirements
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data ecosystem
- Experience with advanced analytics and AI use cases
- Knowledge of data lake tables and marts
- Familiarity with data governance standards
- Experience with ServiceNow case data and reporting structures
- Ability to design dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow
- Understanding of data quality, cleanliness, and AI-readiness
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional ServiceNow data workstreams focused on case analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data governance
- Identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases within ServiceNow to elevate insights and predictive capabilities
- Develop deep understanding of ServiceNow case data, reporting structures, and integrations with data lake tables and marts
- Drive analysis from cases to identify trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities
- Design dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow to support business leaders and operational teams
- Partner with ServiceNow product owners and engineering to ensure data quality, cleanliness, and AI-readiness
- Define and implement data governance standards across ServiceNow data domains
