Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, MySQL, and CSS.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM).
- ServiceNow Application Developer is a nice to have.
- ServiceNow ITOM experience is nice to have.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, web services, and other tools to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
Responsibilities
- Breaks down functional and business requirements into tangible, clear and estimable objectives, providing recommendations to management and project team members.
- Writes end-to-end automated tests to provide code coverage for business-critical components.
- Ensures quality, performance and adherence to specifications of assigned development tasks and adjacent technology solutions.
- Designing, developing, and customizing applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and improve service delivery.
- Modifying existing ServiceNow applications to align with organizational requirements and improve functionality.
- Producing and running test cases, deploying solutions to test environments, and managing the deployment process to production.
- Developing integrations using ServiceNow APIs, web services, and other tools to connect ServiceNow with external system.
Other
- BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- US Citizenship status verification required to service DoD client.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to work within a team atmosphere.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver quality applications.
