Bank of America's Global Technology Service Management function is establishing a new team to design, implement, and manage next-generation Service Management policies, processes, and solutions to ensure appropriate controls and capabilities for stable, resilient, and available technology services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience a ServiceNow development and engineering
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, product micro certifications
- Experience with ServiceNow cloud platforms
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow products, supporting software engineering, maximizing data processing systems, building cloud-compatible services, and operating within an enterprise IT lifecycle
- Experience with continuous integration between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications
- Experience with highly-regulated IT lifecycle management, including system security, auditing, data processing and analytics, software development methodologies, and technology transitions
- Building and managing IT solutions, including integrating multiple services in ServiceNow or other cloud technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform in alignment with the strategy
- Enforce platform engineering and development standards
- Review and evaluate demand for fit and alignment to products and identify complex features requiring additional due diligence
- Provide input to and sign off on solution design for complex features
- Adhere to ServiceNow code quality control processes and routines
- Develops software solutions to address manual and repeatable work or inefficient processes
- Assists with translating business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policies
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Promotes an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
- Experience in financial institution information technology security, compliance with rules, regulations, and financial industry standards
