Worldpay is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team to enhance and maintain their ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on SecOps applications, to improve business potential and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript, understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, and experience with development tools like ServiceNow Developer Studio.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes) and modules such as ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem), ITOM, and HRSD.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with SecOps frameworks and Agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure the SecOps applications, modules, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and automation scripts on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build integrations between ServiceNow SecOps and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other relevant technologies.
- Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain the stability and performance of the SecOps modules
- Document technical designs, configurations, processes, and solutions to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and new releases while adhering to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes.

- 10+ years of experience, preferably 5+ years of development and 5+ years of DevOps
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
