Homecare Homebase is looking to deploy and maintain the CMDB and CSDM service models and all supporting processes on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with experience developing in the following areas: ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
• ITOM: Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Service Portals
• Flow Designer, Workflow, Virtual Agent Topics, Integration Hub
• Scoped Applications
• Test Management and ATF
• Application integrations using APIs, web services, scripts, transform maps, etc.

Responsibilities

• Align ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
• Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform
• Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, action skipped changes, and create/run tests
• Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
• Deploying and maintaining the CMDB and CSDM service models and all supporting processes
• Aid the Platform Support team in other development efforts as needed
• Application integrations using APIs, web services, scripts, transform maps, etc.

Other

• Experience working on a Scrum team
• Strong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
• ServiceNow System Administration
