QinetiQ US is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the critical functions for mission clients and develop and maintain their ServiceNow instance for use across the Enterprise
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations
- Experience designing and/or developing product and service catalog solutions that take full advantage of the ServiceNow modules
- Experience utilizing the ServiceNow out-of-the-box automation and integration capabilities to develop division solutions
- System Engineering experience with demonstrated ServiceNow implementation/integration experience
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge
- Evaluate the existing systems and propose recommendations (including software development, integration and test)
- Communicate effectively with technical and managerial staff to answer questions relating to the developed requirements
- Perform System Engineering as needed to maximize efficiencies
Other
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
- Bacheor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline
- Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
