Zachary Piper Solution is seeking to streamline and improve support operations by hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to guide a team of support analysts and ensure responsive organizational demands
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM/SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR
- Broad familiarity with various ServiceNow components and integration with third-party technologies
- 5+ years of experience in system architecture design and understanding of design principles and their implications
- 5+ years of experience maintaining IT data accuracy (e.g., CMDB, HAM, SAM)
Responsibilities
- Serve in dual capacities as both a Team Lead and a Senior ServiceNow Developer
- Evaluate client needs and design architectural solutions that address technical and managerial requirements, enhance automation, and support operational reporting
- Spearhead the creation of strategic solution documents, including operational roadmaps and architectural diagrams, extending beyond the scope of individual user stories
- Assist in prototype development and lead technical evaluations and discussions based on established requirements
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (required by contract)
- 5+ years of experience participating in technical discussions and conducting solution reviews
- Proven track record of technical leadership and driving innovative solutions
- 5+ years of industry experience across sectors such as finance, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, or retail
