Client First Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to extend and sustain the ServiceNow platform used for IT Customer Service Center operations and improve service quality for their government customer.
Requirements
- 3–5 years on the ServiceNow platform with at least 2 years in ITSM implementation.
- Strong JavaScript (server/client), Glide API, Flow Designer; understanding of ACLs and data model.
- Experience creating/maintaining SLAs, reports/dashboards, and catalog items.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, problem, change, request).
- Ability to author clear technical/process documentation.
- ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB, IntegrationHub, and US Government /regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure and script Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Catalog, and CMDB; design flows with Flow Designer.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Client Scripts, and IntegrationHub spokes for common tools.
- Build service catalogs/record producers, SLAs, notifications, and knowledge workflows aligned to support hours and escalation policies.
- Maintain data quality (CMDB health, discovery/reconciliation), implement role-based access, and support audits.
- Author platform documentation, update Knowledge Base, and participate in Change Control and release management.
- Ensure accessibility, privacy, and security controls; remediate platform vulnerabilities and deprecated APIs.
- Provide rotational after-hours response for urgent incidents.
