The Federal Government needs to transform business processes, enhance the efficiency of operations, improve transparency and performance management, promote change management, and comply with Federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years of ServiceNow experience.
- Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
- Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
- Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
- Debug and fix technical problems.
- Support the development of detailed technical documentation.
- Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
Other
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- Must be US citizen.
