ECS is seeking a Service Now Developer to design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions to optimize business processes.
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions.
- strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- proven track record of successful Service Now implementations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solutions.
- Design and develop Service Now applications/modules, including configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems.
- Customize and enhance existing workflows, forms, and UI components to meet business needs.
- Implement and maintain Service Now best practices for development, configuration, and administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Service Now with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Service Now-related issues.
- Stay informed and knowledgeable of Service Now platform updates and new features to recommend and implement improvements.
