Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for a federal program out of Herndon, VA.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience working with federal programs and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, DHS TRM)
- Experience developing modules, workflows, catalog items and integrations
- AL/automation experience highly desired
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and custom applications
- Define platform governance, development standards, and security controls
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks, FedRAMP, FISMA, and TRM standards
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, catalog items, dashboards, and integrations
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using MID servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices

- This role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance
- Must have an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance (DHS or CBP Clearance HIGHLY preferred)
- Hybrid work 2 days per week
